Privacy Policy for Upscape

Effective date: September 25, 2026

totoantonio ("we," "us") operates Upscape, a macOS app that upscales images. This policy explains how Upscape handles your information.

1. No Data Collection

Upscape does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not have an account system, does not use analytics, and does not include third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.

2. Your Images Stay on Your Device

All image processing happens locally on your Mac using Apple's Core ML framework. Images you open in Upscape are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party. Upscape works fully offline once installed.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect any data, we have nothing to share with third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Upscape does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
